The Place to Be for Learning Mandarin

The Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) program was launched by the Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (Taiwan) in 2021. It collaborates with compatriot schools assisted by the Council to establish Mandarin learning centers in Europe and the United States and interacts with local communities and provide professional and high-quality Mandarin courses for adults aged 18 and above. Students, business professionals, or individuals from various walks can cultivate second language proficiencies through TCML trainings and enhance their competitiveness in the workplace, and further even discuss opening thematic courses that are helpful to them with the teachers.

Not only offers language courses,TCML also serves as a platform for cultural exchange. We have planned out easy and life-oriented cultural courses and festival-themed activities suitable for seniors, travel enthusiasts, or any adults that simply wish to better understand different cultures. Friends from various cultural backgrounds are also welcome to the learning community to jointly experience the fun of Mandarin and charms of Eastern culture.
